City Residents: City residents of Monticello are served by the city for electricity, water, gas, garbage and sewer. City Hall is located at 123 West Washington Street and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Deposits are required and vary depending on the level of service to be provided. Charges for services are all billed by the city the first of each month. Payment for city services is due on the 15th of each month. City Hall is open on the 15th of each month until 5 p.m. for your convenience.
